Sharon Kennedy Wynne is a Tampa Bay Times writer and editor who focuses mostly on events and fun Things to Do. A lifelong St. Petersburg resident, she has been a journalist since 1988 and joined her hometown Times in 1994. She is married and has two sons.



The new eight-minute Christmas at Hogwarts Castle show at Universal's Islands of Adventure will run nightly, starting Nov. 18. It uses projection imaging to create images such as students on brooms appearing  to enchant snowmen, or fill the sky with bright lights. [JIM DAMASKE | Times]
